Shipping, Refund & Return Policy – Z Vouge Egypt

Welcome to Z Vouge! We want you to be happy with every purchase from our store. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receiving your order. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Lingerie, swimwear, and any intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Digital/downloadable products.
  • Health & personal care items.

Proof of Purchase

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Important Notes

  • Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
  • Returns sent after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition are not eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will get an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@zvouge.com.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@zvouge.com and send the item to: Z Vouge, Cairo, Egypt.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping & Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering shipping costs for purchasing/returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for purchasing/returning items.
